As a Procurement Officer, you will play a key role in supporting category teams with sourcing events, supplier vetting, contract management administration, and ongoing supplier performance activities. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, acting as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and helping to ensure policy compliance across the business.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you'll be involved in everything from online tender creation to data analysis, supplier audits, and maintenance of procurement catalogues and vendor lists.

  • Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and procurement catalogues
  • Assist with sourcing activities, including spend analysis and setting up e-sourcing events

  • Act as a first point of contact for supplier and stakeholder queries, ensuring compliance with procurement policy
  • Provide administrative and cross-category support to the wider procurement team

What you need:

  • Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured yet dynamic environment, values attention to detail, and wants to grow within a professional procurement team.
