We are looking for aProcurement Manager to join our Finance, Investments and Development directorate. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis (36 hours per week), with the option to work a nine-day fortnight - have a day off every other week!
We are embracing hybrid working. If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but you will need to occasionally attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.
What you'll do
Responsible for the development and delivery of procurement and contract management across Hafod which meet the needs of the organisation and is aligned with Hafod's strategic plans.

What you'll need
To thrive in this role you'll have a background in social housing or wider public sector procurement, with a strong understanding of current procurement legislation and previous line management experience. A commercial mindset will be essential to obtain best value from our diverse areas of operation.
You'll be a confident communicator, leading senior stakeholder groups, delivering workshops and interacting with colleagues, service users and external parties.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.
