Role Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Knutsford (Hybrid)
Duration: Until 19/04/2027
Work setup: 2-3 days onsite/week
Pay Rate: £402 per day through FCSA Umbrella

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Procurement & TPRM professional to support the integration of a newly acquired fintech business into the wider organization's procurement and risk governance framework. The role will define fit-for-purpose procurement standards, supplier oversight models and third-party risk controls while preserving the agility of the acquired business.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and enhance procurement and supplier governance processes within acquired entities.
Design and implement proportionate procurement and TPRM controls aligned to regulatory and organizational requirements.
Engage with procurement, risk and business stakeholders to define governance standards and operating models.
Identify supplier rationalization, commercial optimization and synergy opportunities.
Develop acquisition integration playbooks, standards and templates for future business integrations.

Required Experience:
Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) expertise.
Financial services or regulated industry experience.
Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
Experience with supplier risk, outsourcing and vendor management.
Exposure to M&A integration, fintech, payments or technology procurement preferred.
