Requirements

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Developstrong relationships with business stakeholders and key suppliers across thebusiness to collaborate and identify sourcing activity and opportunity to theHead of Transformation that drive performance and results
• Supplierand spend data analysis to provide insight to business stakeholders and theHead of Transformation for procurement challenges, strategies and plans
• Businesspartner with budget holders and contract managers to determine requirements andrecommend strategies and plans with the opportunities that enable businessobjectives, unlock commercial value and operational efficiency and addresschallenges
• Designand execute strategic sourcing process, including identifying potentialsuppliers, tender process management, negotiating agreements and commercialterms and documenting and presenting internal recommendations
• Collaborateclosely with Finance and Project Management to plan and measure procurementactivities
• Liaiseclosely with Legal, Safety and Finance stakeholders to ensure diligence,compliance, risk mitigation and budget control in third party supply selectionand contract management
• SupportHeads of Department and contract managers with effective key supplierrelationship management
• Supportthe company's sustainability agenda in terms of third-party goods and servicesupply
• Ensureauditable contractual document control processes, including accurate andcurrent contract database and supplier lifecycle management
• Assistin developing and maintaining effective teamwork within departments and officesof Uber Boat by Thames Clippers
• Provideand promote the highest level of customer service
• Continuouslyseek ways to improve personal, team and business performance
• Ensurethat you comply with all Health and Safety regulations and safe workingpractice as required by current legislation and the Company's Health and SafetyPolicy and practices
