Overview

Procurement Manager - Professional Services - West London - Hybrid. A newly created role in an industry powerhouse, offering a passionate and ambitious opportunity to shape the future of procurement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category strategies for Contact Centre spend, driving cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholder groups and external vendors, becoming the go to procurement specialist for the category.
  • Manage large, outsourced contracts for Business Services, securing value and managing contractual risk.
  • Lead the procurement process, from market research and supplier qualification to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Represent procurement in cross functional project teams, ensuring smooth delivery of software and services to business initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Contact Centre services procurement or large, outsourced Business Service contracts.
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and articulate procurement value to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing skills with demonstrated stakeholder engagement across the business.
  • Experience in category development, spend management and supplier performance monitoring.
