We are now recruiting for a Procurement Manager - People Capability & Training to lead the development of our Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) capability strategy and deliver a world-class learning and development programme across the function.
Role Purpose This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of procurement and supply chain capability in a first-of-its-kind engineering programme. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive training and development framework that supports our Intelligent Customer model and ensures our people are suitably qualified and experienced (SQEP) - from apprentices to senior leaders.
You'll lead the creation of the P&SC Academy and Knowledge Model, working closely with central Talent, Recruitment, and Capability teams to deliver our strategic pillars: Invest, Strengthen, and Develop. You'll also act as a subject matter expert, providing coaching and mentoring to drive a high-performance culture.

- Create and maintain a capability and training dashboard to monitor learning effectiveness and outcomes.
- Collaborate with central teams to align with business-wide capability initiatives and support STEM outreach.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery and content.
- Promote a culture of professional development, inclusion, and high performance across the function.
- MCIPS or IoSCM qualification (or equivalent).
- 10+ years' experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training and capability frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A collaborative and forward-thinking mindset.
- Understanding of nuclear regulatory requirements.
- FCIPS or IoSCM Expert membership.
- Associate membership of CIPD or the Learning and Performance Institute.
