Procurement Manager - Bus Franchising (Hybrid)

South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement across the Bus Franchising Programme, delivering a professional, compliant and customer-focused service. You will drive complex procurements from development to contract award and mobilisation, with autonomy and strong collaboration with legal and service teams.

This permanent, full-time role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Sheffield.
