One of my top clients in London is currently recruiting for a Procurement Lead - Homeless Households Accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• No direct reports, but matrix management of contact and procurement colleagues as required to deliver procurement and contract management of properties.

Job Purpose:

• To lead the procurement and management of cost-effective, quality, and suitable accommodation for those who are homeless.
• To ensure a continuous supply of accommodation that meets the Council's statutory duties.
• To develop and maintain relationships with property providers, including registered providers, private sector landlords, developers, and other landlords.

Lead on developing and delivering the homeless accommodation procurement and supply approach, ensuring it reflects market conditions and demand.
