Job Description

  • Develop business cases and functional process designs for global procurement initiatives
  • Define pre-RFP requirements for new digital procurement technologies and for optimizing existing processes and systems
  • Shape the architecture of global procurement solutions and act as the functional lead in international improvement projects
  • Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and standardization within global procurement teams
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment between procurement and broader business objectives
  • Implement and safeguard global standards for procurement processes, systems, and governance
  • Introduce digital procurement best practices and foster a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Lead assigned projects, including planning, budget management, progress tracking, and accountability for results

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain within a complex, international environment
  • In-depth knowledge of core procurement processes such as P2P, S2C, Supplier Performance & Risk Management, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated interest in process design, data, and digitalization
  • Familiar with procurement quality and ISO9001, including internal and external audits
  • Good understanding of the interaction between procurement and functions such as finance, operations, and engineering
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops, trainings, and cross-functional sessions
  • Results-driven, hands-on, and comfortable in a dynamic and regulated environment
  • Strong in stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership
  • Positive, energetic, and collaborative work attitude with a clear growth mindset
