A leading professional services organisation is seeking a Procurement Engagement & Operations Specialist to support and drive procurement transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in procurement operations, procurement governance, or stakeholder engagement to make a visible impact and shape how procurement is delivered across a large, complex business.You'll sit at the heart of the procurement team - owning communications, training, reporting, and engagement - and helping to embed best-in-class procurement processes across the firm.This is an ideal next step for someone with aspirations to grow into procurement analyst, category management, or strategic sourcing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Own internal procurement communications and help build procurement's brand across the wider business.Develop and deliver internal procurement training, support materials and engagement plans.Champion governance frameworks and ensure alignment with procurement policy and controls.Collaborate closely with sourcing, operations and senior leadership to drive improvement in procurement systems and workflows.Support strategic reporting and deliver key insights on procurement activity and engagement.

Ideal Profile:

Experience in a procurement, finance, or shared services environment.Strong working knowledge of procurement governance, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.Comfortable using data, reporting tools, and procurement platforms (e.g. eProcurement, P2P).Highly motivated, commercially aware, and proactive in driving adoption and change.Strong interpersonal skills - able to work cross-functionally and influence with credibility.
