What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business - influencing, advising, and adding value
  • Leading supplier negotiations and ensuring contracts support both commercial and compliance needs
  • Leveraging data to drive better supplier performance and uncover cost-saving or innovation opportunities
  • Supporting improvements to procurement processes and systems
  • Ensuring decisions align with risk, regulatory, and governance frameworks


What You'll Bring


  • A track record in procurement or sourcing roles with a strong focus on commercial impact
  • Comfort operating in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments
  • Excellent negotiation skills and an eye for contract detail
  • An understanding of how procurement supports wider business goals
  • Familiarity with supplier management and performance monitoring
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services or similar) is a bonus
