Leicester £14.50 - £17.00 per hour DOE Ongoing Temporary Assignment (Approx. 6 Months) Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Per Week FULLY OFFICE-BASED

We're recruiting on behalf of a busy procurement team in Leicester for an ongoing temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting purchasing activities, supplier management and procurement administration.
What You'll Be Doing- Raising and processing purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
- Managing supplier communications, deliveries and lead times
- Chasing outstanding orders and updating internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier records
- Processing order acknowledgements and updating procurement systems
- Supporting quotations, pricing requests and procurement reporting
- Assisting with stock and inventory administration
- Resolving supplier, invoice and delivery queries
- Previous experience in a Procurement Administrator, Purchasing Assistant, Procurement Assistant, Buying Assistant or similar role
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident communication skills and experience dealing with suppliers
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 - £17.00 DOE

This role is 100% office-based in Leicester, Monday to Friday. There is no hybrid or remote working option.
