Reporting to the Procurement Director, the Procurement Analyst will support the procurement function across a cluster of UK hotels within Iconic Hotels & Resorts.
You'll be responsible for analysing purchasing data, maintaining procurement systems, producing meaningful reporting and insights, and supporting procurement decision-making across the business. The role plays a key part in driving compliance, improving data quality, and helping the business identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and support the Purchase-to-Payment (P2P) system, including supplier data, user management, approval workflows, and system integrations.
- Provide first-line support and training to system users across the business.
- Extract, analyse, and consolidate purchasing data from multiple systems and properties.
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide visibility of spend, supplier performance, and procurement trends.
- Support supplier reviews through KPI reporting and data-driven recommendations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, purchasing trends, and areas for commercial improvement.
- Produce reports and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of procurement, supplier, and contract data.
- Support procurement projects, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded individual who has:
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data-modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with Purchase-to-Payment, Property Management, or Financial Systems.
- A good understanding of procurement processes and commercial principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
- Previous experience within hospitality, hotel, or multi-site environments.
- Experience supporting procurement or finance functions.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
