Procurement Analyst

This role will involve managing supplier onboarding, purchasing processes, contract tracking, and spend analysis while ensuring all procurement activities align with internal governance and compliance requirements.You will work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement workflows, cost control, and supplier performance.Key Skills

• Spend analysis and cost control
• Invoice matching and reconciliation
• RFQs, sourcing, and tendering
• Purchase order (PO) management
• Strong stakeholder communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using procurement/finance systems (e.g., Concur, ERP, Excel, SharePoint)

Desirable

• Experience with IT procurement or software licensing
• Knowledge of supplier portals (e.g., catalogue systems)
• Familiarity with procurement governance and compliance frameworks
• Experience managing tools such as Docusign or SharePoint

BackgroundThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role, with strong exposure to operational procurement activities.
