Job Description
Unite Students has an amazing opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team based in Bristol on a 3 month FTC. This is a key support role to the Procurement Workstream within the Integration programme, offering the opportunity to play a hands on part in delivering a major business transformation, underpinning one of the six key business objectives for 2026. You will work closely with procurement to keep critical supplier and contract activities moving. This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving, and being at the centre of day to day delivery, with real visibility of how their work contributes to programme success.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting supplier and contract data preparation and maintenance
- Managing supplier and programme inboxes, including triaging and responding to queries
- Collecting, logging, reviewing, and filing contract and novation documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and logs to support reporting and audit needs
- Supporting supplier onboarding and changes, including data collection and validation
- Proactively chasing outstanding information and following up with suppliers and colleagues
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a good understanding of data analytics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Confidence working with data, logs, and document management systems
- Experience with data input, ideally within Oracle Fusion.
- Strong follow up and tracking skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
