Process Support Administrator (2x)

£13.73 per hour (PAYE)

Farnborough (3 Days per week Onsite / 2 days WFH)

4 Month Contract

SC Clearance Required

Our client within the Defence industry is looking for 2 administrators to join their team in Farnborough. The role will provide transitional support to migrate and document processes for our clients Business Management System to deliver a change in structure and format of our processes.

The role will support our functions to review existing content and prepare appropriate drafts in the new structure, for approval and migration into the new system.

Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the BMS Manager, liaise with content owners to develop their content, and produce draft documents in prescribed formats;
  • Ensure the alignment and consistency of content within the BMS, liaising with owners to check and update as and where required
  • Manage content and configuration of documents to ensure appropriate control, and publication in a timely manner to meet the planned goals;
  • Maintain a map of "old to new" documentation, that will enable the easy understanding of document migration for all of our people;
  • Support the development of suitable communications and engagement on the processes and the changes;
  • Be a contact for queries on processes during the transition period and provide connectivity between users and owners, to ensure smooth use of the system
Experience / Skills Required:
  • SC Clearance
  • Strong written and presentation skills focussed on simplifying and effectively communicating requirements required of a process, with a focus on details
  • Good interpersonal and communication which includes influencing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of document management and document writing
  • Experience of Microsoft Word, experience of Microsoft Visio desirable but not essential
