Process Operator

As a Process Operator at ROCKWOOL in Roermond, located close to the German border - you will play an important role in ensuring the efficient production of high quality sustainable stone wool (isolation) products and (construction) panels. What You Will Do:

• Operate, set up, and adjust production machines and equipment.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments where necessary.
• Identify and resolve process deviations and technical issues.
• Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure product excellence.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational excellence.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,178 and €3,839
• Shift allowance between 21.5% and 28.5%
• ROCKWOOL - contract
• Work schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a technically skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a shift-based, international work environment.

• Completed technical education, preferably in Process Technology.
• Technical affinity and understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to work accurately and independently.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills in Dutch, English, or German.
• Willingness to work in a 3- or 4- or 5-shift schedule.
