Process Manager - Change Manager - 12months + - DetaVast - No Freelance - Dutch speaking

We are looking for a Process Manager to join a leading organisation in the IT Services industry. This role will oversee the end-to-end IT process/change management process, ensuring changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with service owners, project managers, and technical leads to minimise risk and disruption while driving continuous improvement. You will be involved with processes like change,incident, problem, configuration and capacity Management.

Requirements for Change Manager role:. Fluent in Dutch (spoken, written, and read)
. Must live in The Netherlands and pass AIVD security screening
. ITIL knowledge (minimum ITIL4 Foundation)
. Experience as Process Manager or Coordinator in an IT environment
. Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary
. Strong communication skills with team and customer
. High level of analytical thinking for problem-solving in complex environments
. No 9-to-5 mentality; flexibility for changes outside office hours
. Ability to create, read, and adjust documentation
. Leadership in process development and improvement

Nice to have skills:
. Knowledge of large Dell/VMware private cloud environments with HA and DR
. Experience with Jira Service Manager (ITSM)
