DescriptionWe are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join a new team based in London, Nottingham, or Dublin. This business-facing role involves managing and supporting business applications, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing processes organization-wide. Responsibilities include continuous process improvement, system releases, data integrity management, and collaboration with the data analytics team to develop dashboards and reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and documenting testing of system changes, including configuration and new releases.
- Documenting processes and controls with business owners.
- Working with process owners to optimize workflows and ensure correct system configuration.
- Serving as a SuperUser to correct data within guidelines, primarily managing VIPR's Intarga (Contract Management, Onboarding, Underwriting Workflow), Intrali (Bordereaux Processing), and AutoRek.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a business-facing role managing stakeholders at peer and higher levels, with backgrounds as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar. Skills should include proficiency in SQL and/or PowerBI, workflow tools, process documentation and design, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in the insurance sector is essential. Prior team leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
