At EBRO, we're shaping the future of electric mobility and industrial innovation. We're looking for a hands-on and results-driven Process Engineer to improve, standardize, and scale up our assembly operations within the plant.

Your Mission

• Define, optimize, and document assembly processes for current and new vehicle models.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, increase quality, and improve workstation ergonomics.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure process reliability and stability.
• Support industrialization of new products: tooling definition, line balancing, and layout design.
• Monitor process KPIs and lead root cause analysis of deviations or inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards.

What You Bring

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• +3 years of experience as Process Engineer in assembly environments (preferably automotive or OEM).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, time studies, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Experience in layout design, line balancing and ergonomics analysis.
• Solid understanding of tooling and equipment for manual and semi-automated assembly.
• Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and industrial engineering tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
