Process & Innovation Specialist - Lisboa

We are looking for a Process & Innovation Specialist to support key transformation, digitalization and process improvement initiatives across operational and network areas. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys innovation, automation and customer centric solutions.

Your Mission: Contribute to the design, coordination and monitoring of transformation projects that enhance efficiency, automation and digital capabilities. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, IT and various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to process improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Manage projects end to end: planning, requirements, implementation, go live and follow up.
• Analyze and prioritize needs related to network processes.
• Coordinate functional requirements with operations, IT and other stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption of digital tools, support training and change management.
• Act as the main point of contact for issues, anomalies and improvement opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills with solid Excel & PowerPoint proficiency.
• Hands on, curious and adaptable mindset.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work independently, prioritize effectively and deliver results.
• Experience in innovation, digital transformation or project management (preferred).
• Languages: Portuguese & English. Spanish/Italian languages (a plus).
