Problem & Incident Analysis Specialist

Planet is seeking a Problem Analyst to support root cause elimination across its production estate. You will mine incident data for patterns, prepare RCA evidence packs and help build a known-error database to prevent repeat failures.

Working with the Problem Manager, you will track actions, chase owners and produce management reports while enabling blameless postmortems to improve outcomes.
