Proactive Care Practice Support Physician Associate

Abtrace Ltd. is seeking an experienced Practice Support Physician Associate to onboard GP practices and ensure successful adoption of the Abtrace platform. You will train staff, troubleshoot issues, and engage with practices to optimise recall and monitoring workflows.

The role focuses on patient monitoring for Long Term Conditions, medications, and screening, with remote-friendly, hybrid work and two days per week in our Paddington, London office.
