Private Sector Housing Officer X2

We are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic Private Sector Housing Officers to assist in the delivery of a wide range of services including Licencing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), private sector housing enforcement, and caravan site licencing.

Must have experience in a local authority private sector housing setting or experience in local authority enforcement.

You must hold a degree or diploma in Environmental Health, or an HNC in Housing Practice (or equivalent).

Competency in the use of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and enforcement of private sector housing legislation is highly desirable.

What you need to know:

• Designated car user allowance, flexi-time
• Both posts are Full time 37 hrs per week
• - Or will consider requests for min 3 day per week (22.5 hrs per week)
