The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join an experienced Family Law department handling a varied privately funded caseload covering a broad range of family matters.

The role will involve managing matters independently while also working closely with colleagues on more complex cases. The firm places a strong emphasis on delivering a compassionate and client focused service, making this an ideal opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing practical, sensitive advice.

Typical matters will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Private children proceedings
• Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse and injunctive applications
• General family advisory work

The position offers a strong level of autonomy alongside ongoing support, mentoring and opportunities for further career development within a respected regional practice.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Family Law
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Sensitive and professional approach to client matters
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Desire to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment
• Business development and networking skills would be advantageous
