Private Family Solicitor - Hybrid work with high net worth clients

I am working on an incredibly exciting opportunity for a solicitor to join the highly regarded Private Family department of a Legal 500 firm.

My client is looking for a hardworking and driven individual to handle a varied caseload of Private Family matters and to focus on their own development by working alongside and learning from Senior Solicitors and Experienced Partners.

This is an opportunity focused on growth and development at one of the highest-rated firms in the Shropshire region. The successful candidate can expect to manage a caseload including:

1. Divorce
2. Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
3. Financial disputes and remedies
4. Cohabitation disputes/agreements
5. Child arrangements/disputes/abduction
6. Non-Molestation/occupation orders

A willingness to network and actively engage in business development activities is crucial, as is the ability to deal with clients from various backgrounds who are often experiencing highly difficult and emotional times, in an effective manner.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
