Private Equity Associate - Hybrid, Global Platform

Agnew O'Brien seeks a lawyer with 4-5 years' PQE in England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction to join its private equity practice. You will work on SPAs, management incentive documents, leaver terms, shareholders' agreements, NDAs and diligence reports, with exposure to sponsor structuring and funds flow review.
