Permanent full-time role for a Western-trained Private Doctor supporting a UHNW Principal across a private yacht itinerary in the Mediterranean, including the Greek Islands, Italy, Monaco, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve.
This appointment is built around trusted personal care in a discreet, mobile environment where the Doctor becomes the stable clinical reference point. You will oversee ongoing health needs, monitor chronic conditions, manage acute issues when they arise, support preventive planning, and coordinate diagnostics, specialist review, and hospital access through premium private providers across Europe.
The role is suited to a Doctor who can combine confidentiality, calm decision-making, and strong autonomy while maintaining seamless one-to-one medical continuity across both yacht-based travel and land-based stays.
Recognised medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation.
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
Experience in private medicine, executive health, concierge medicine, travel medicine, remote medicine, or yacht medicine strongly preferred.
High discretion, autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.
£240,000 GBP per year, tax free.
Permanent full-time contract.
