A well-established law firm is seeking several Private Client Solicitors to join its growing team across Devon. The successful candidates will provide expert advice to clients on a range of private client matters, supporting individuals and families in planning and managing their personal and financial affairs.
Responsibilities- Advising clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
- Supporting clients with tax planning, succession planning, and wealth management
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Managing a personal caseload and developing strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
- Contributing to the growth and development of the team
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience in Private Client matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Commitment to professional development and keeping up to date with legal changes
