Private Client Solicitor

  • Location: Sutton, Surrey
  • Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Working Available
  • Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience)

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Draft Wills and advise on estate planning.
  • Administer estates and handle probate matters.
  • Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
  • Provide inheritance tax and succession planning advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support business development initiatives and networking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client law.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive and commercial approach to client service.
  • Team player with excellent organisational skills.
