My client in Aberdeen, a leading independent law firm, are currently looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their collaborative and progressive firm. This firm are one of the largest STEP-qualified teams in the North-East of Scotland and offer the opportunity to shape and develop your career amongst an established, experienced and supportive team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a variety of private client matters including wills, Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, executries, family trusts, and inheritance tax advice.
• Manage complex cases involving large trusts and estates.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Work closely with senior team members to learn and develop within the field.
• Initially based fully in the office with the option for hybrid working arrangements in the future.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 5 years PQE in private client work.
• Experience in handling wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, executries, family trusts, and providing inheritance tax advice.
• Strong ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proactive and eager to contribute to team success and growth.
