A well-established Devon law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or Fee Earner to join its growing Newton Abbot office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer with 5+ years' experience seeking a varied caseload, flexible working and long-term career progression within a respected regional practice.

The Role

You will manage a broad private client caseload including:

• Wills and Codicils
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning
• Estate and Lifetime Tax Planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Court of Protection matters
• Deputyship Applications

You will work with individuals, families, business owners and high-net-worth clients across Newton Abbot and Devon.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' Private Client experience
• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) or experienced Fee Earner
• Able to manage your own caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Experienced handling matters from instruction to completion
