Private Client Solicitor

On behalf of a well-established legal practice, we are pleased to be recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor seeking a varied caseload, a supportive environment, and genuine opportunities for development within a respected firm.

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration
• Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning
• Administering estates, including probate applications and post-grant work
• Managing trusts and providing advice to trustees
• Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitivity and care
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to departmental growth

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with extensivepost-qualification experience
• Experience handling a broad range of private client matters
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and empathetic approach
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• STEP membership or working towards this qualification is desirable but not essential
