The Role

• Estate administration and probate matters
• Drafting wills and advising on tax planning
• Trusts and related advisory work
• Lasting powers of attorney and elderly client matters
• Court of protection applications and ongoing management

About You

• Qualified solicitor with experience in private client work
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A proactive and professional approach
