The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 10+ years of experience to join a growing and highly-regarded Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a collaborative and supportive environment, helping shape the service provided to a wide range of clients.
You will advise on a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and will drafting
- Trusts and Court of Protection matters
As a senior member of the team, you will manage client relationships, oversee complex matters, and provide clear, commercially astute advice. You will also mentor colleagues and contribute to the team's continued growth and success.
About You- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 10+ years' private client experience
- Proven track record in business development and strong billing performance
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Full driving licence and access to your own transport
- STEP membership is advantageous
