Salary: £40,000 to £58,000 (depending on experience)
Experience: 2+ PQE (all experience levels considered)
Our client is growing its Kendal office and is looking to speak with Private Client Solicitors who want to be part of a long-term plan to strengthen and develop an established presence in the area.

You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, delivering clear, practical advice and excellent client care. The role suits someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and wants the backing of a wider regional firm while helping shape the next stage of growth locally.
What You'll Be Doing- Managing a varied private client caseload, including wills, probate and estate administration
- Advising clients clearly and sensitively, keeping them updated throughout
- Drafting key documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the office and wider firm
- Contributing to the continued development and profile of the Kendal office
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical ability and a careful, accurate approach
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Good organisation and the ability to manage deadlines effectivelyA collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to office growth
