About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded team based in Trowbridge. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload with strong administrative support, build long-term client relationships, and work within a department known for delivering a high standard of client care.

The role will involve:

• Managing a mixed private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney
• Advising clients on tax and succession planning matters where appropriate
• Handling matters from instruction through to completion with a strong focus on client service
• Drafting key documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Supporting department growth through client relationship management and referrals

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client matters
• Have strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration
• Be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be organised, approachable and commercially aware
