The role will involve:
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection work.
Building relationships with clients and advising on often complex and sensitive matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and care.
Contributing to business development and networking activities locally.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years' PQE in Private Client law.
Have hands-on experience handling estate administration, wills, and LPAs.
Be personable, professional, and passionate about client service.
