This growing law firm in Gloucestershire is expanding and is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its private client team in a key role.

Qualifications

STEP qualification is preferred, or a strong desire to undertake STEP qualification.

Responsibilities
  1. Handling a varied caseload including wills, probate, Court of Protection, IHT, tax planning, trusts, LPA's, and estate administrations.
  2. Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
  3. Engaging in business development and networking to attract new clients.
