Private Client Partner

Position: Private Client PartnerLocation: Guildford, UKSalary: £80,000 + benefits Are you a seasoned Private Client lawyer looking for a new challenge at a prestigious Legal 500 firm? The Role: As a Private Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the firms highly regarded team, offering expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. You will manage a varied caseload that includes:

• Estate planning and administration
• Wills, probate, and trusts
• Tax advice, including inheritance tax planning
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work
• Advising on succession planning for business owners

You will also be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 7+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Proven experience in managing a busy caseload of complex private client matters
• A strong track record of business development and networking
• A STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
