Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Devon is looking to recruit Private Client Paralegals to join its supportive and collaborative team. The Role:You will work closely with fee earners, providing support across a range of private client matters, while gaining valuable hands on experience in a professional and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting fee earners with private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing and maintaining client files and records
- Communicating with clients and third parties in a professional manner
- Conducting legal research where required
- Supporting the smooth progression of matters from instruction to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Keen interest in developing a career in private client law
