Job Description

An award-winning, top-tier national law firm is seeking a talented Newly-qualified or Junior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join its highly ranked Private Client, Trusts, Estates and Tax team based in Oxford.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Private Client teams, consistently ranked Tier 1 in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for over 15 years. The team includes over 50 specialists nationwide and is led by some of the most respected lawyers in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Work on complex and high-value estate planning matters for high and ultra-high net worth clients, including international estates, agricultural and literary interests, family businesses, and capacity-sensitive issues.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to provide tailored legal solutions.
Candidate Profile
  • Over Newly Qualified (NQ) or up to 4 years PQE with experience in Private Client law, gained during training or post-qualification.
  • Experience in handling complex wills, tax, trusts, or estates matters.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexibly, with at least one day per week in the Oxford office.
Working Arrangements

The firm offers a genuinely collaborative and flexible working environment. This role can be tailored to your preferences, requiring a minimum of one day per week in Oxford, with options for additional days at other offices.

Part-time and full-time options are available.
