This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor/Partner to join a well known regional law firm in the North-West. This role can be based in either our client's Macclesfield of Congleton office.

Description

As a Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor/Partner your duties will include:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to private clients on a range of matters.
  • Draft and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices within the department.
  • Conduct research to support case preparation and decision-making.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and mediations where required.
  • Ensure all work adheres to the company's policies and regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful Private Client Legal Executive/Solicitor/Partner should have at least 2 years experience in dealing with private client matters.
