PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - Fee Earner, NQ, to 3 PQELocation: Basildon, EssexSalary: £35,000 - £60,000 QED Legal is representing a well-established Legal 500 regional law firm with an excellent reputation across Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive and busy private client team in Basildon. Previous placements at this firm have praised the supportive environment and structured mentoring on offer. Role Requirements The ideal Private Client Solicitor will:

• Be Non-Qualified Fee Earnerto 3 years PQE in private client law (applications as fee earner up to 4 PQE will be considered)
• Have proven experience managing files in areas such as:
• Probate & Administration of Estates
• Wills drafting
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax planning
