The Role:

1. Become an integral part of a well-established and supportive team, managing a broad range of high-quality private client work.
2. Handle caseloads including drafting wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, probate matters, Court of Protection applications, and elderly client advice.
3. Build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior team members.

The Candidate:

1. Seeking Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners with at least 5 years' PQE.
2. Strong background in handling own caseload with minimal supervision.
3. Ideally STEP qualified or working towards it.
4. Experience advising on all aspects of private client law, including IHT and complex estates.
5. Long-term career growth, autonomy, and a varied caseload are key interests.
