Prison Offender Manager: Casework & Reentry Support

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Prison Offender Manager (Band 4) to lead low to medium risk offender management, develop and review sentence plans, and build professional relationships with prisoners to reduce reoffending.

The role is non-operational with no line management and involves regular prisoner-facing activities in a hybrid working setup, with standard Civil Service training and safeguarding obligations.
