Print Centre Operations Lead

Job Overview

Salary: £40k to £60k (depending on experience).

Our client is looking for an experienced Manager to run their London Print Centre. The Print Centre Manager will ideally come from a general print or large format background with experience in production management, P&L responsibility, staff management, training and coaching of new and existing employees, and managing client services and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Production management.
• P&L responsibility.
• Staff management.
• Training and coaching of new and existing employees.
• Managing client services and estimating.

Qualifications

• An appreciation in one or more of the following print, reprographics, document solutions, POS, large format.
• Commercial exposure.
• Proven experience within a similar management position (e.g., branch management, sales management, operations management).
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
