Key responsibilities

• Leading large and complex projects provided by clients
• Unitizing business transformation and change management knowledgeto build trust with clients and handle complexities
• Developing a trusted and strong senior client relationship, acting as the trusted advisor for the account
• Reviewing engagement deliverablesand providing support and assisting with developmentfor junior team members
• ProducingBusiness Development meetings and creating new opportunities for new and existing clients as the lead develops
• Sharing knowledge and leading knowledge management activities

Skills

• A strong background in consulting with experience working in a recognised management consultancy business
• Experience leading large and detailed transformation projects
• Previous experience in developing key client accounts as well as generating and transforming new opportunities
• The goal to be a leader within the organisation linked with the business plan and growth
