The AWS Specialist Team is made up of deep domain experts who work directly with customers to solve their most complex challenges. We are part of the Account Team, responsible for account planning, opportunity identification, and pursuit. We stay closely connected to our customers and bring valuable data and insights to our product teams, strengthening the product roadmap. Our team is at its best when a customer is thinking big and needs specialized experience to innovate for their business.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for AWS Amazon Connect services
- Build trusted relationships with executive leadership across diverse customer organizations
- Create compelling value propositions that address specific customer technology needs
- Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver innovative customer projects
- Co-develop state of the art product launch strategies with AWS product teams

Basic Qualifications- Demonstrated expertise in sales, go-to-market strategy, or consulting
- Strong contact center technology domain knowledge
- Proficient in English communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record advising technology strategies for executive leadership
- Experience negotiating complex enterprise deals
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies
- Expertise in public and hybrid cloud platforms
- Demonstrated success in matrix sales environments
