Principal, Transformation & Growth Leader

Gate One is seeking a Principal to scope, lead and deliver major transformation programmes, nurture advisory relationships and help grow client accounts.

You will join the senior leadership team, mentor colleagues and contribute to strategic internal projects, while benefiting from flexible working and part-time options.

Ideal candidates have around 10 years in consulting, with CX and Data & Analytics experience, and a track record of leading delivery teams across sectors.
